• After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Eligibility: You may return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return.

• Refund: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, credited back to your original method of payment.
